Qooli GIF Editor, or QGE, is a application that lets you create and edit animations, for example GIF images.

Do you want to edit existing GIFs, add, remove or move their frames? Or do you want to create a new GIF by adding images as frames or even video frames as frames for an animated GIF?

It is especially designed to be simple and easy to use, without much clutter and a ton of controls that could disturb you.

Do you want to convert scenes from movies into GIFs and add a custom watermark text to it? Do you want to export selected or all frames of GIF files as images? QGE can also do this!

With the special „Auto-Smooth“ button you can add the frames of the video to the end in reverse order to create a seamless, endless loop.

QGE supports a wide range of image and video formats for import.

Note, that we cannot guarantee that every format or format variation will work with QGE but normally the following formats work fine:
